Michigan Saves
Michigan Saves is a nonprofit organization that makes energy improvements easy and affordable. The Michigan Saves Home Energy Loan Program offers hassle-free unsecured loans of $1,000 to $20,000 for qualifying energy efficiency improvements at affordable rates and terms through a network of local lenders and contractors. Energy auditors and installation contractors must be authorized to participate in the program.

Other States Unsecured Financing
BSES works with multiple financial institutions with a national network to provide contractors with options for customer financing. This is available as part of BSES contractor packages and BSES FAST Track programs. Financing is available in all 50 states. All financing options are subject to change but options may include:
- Major Home improvement Option: Approvals down to a 660 FICO Credit Score with Unsecured loans from $5,000 to $7,500 for 60 month to 120 month terms. Interest Rates from 7.95% to 12.95% for unsecured depending on credit score
- Home Improvement Option: Approvals down to a 580 FICO Credit Score with Unsecured loans from $1,000 to $10,000 for 12 month to 72 month terms. Interest Rates will be decided upon approval based on credit 5.99%-19.99%.
- Unsecured Home Improvement: Approvals available with no minimum FICO Credit Score on unsecured loans from $1,000 to $8,500 for 48 month term.
