3.  Diagnostics and Inspections.  Our team will collect data, assess blueprints and assess building energy performance and air leakage to determine Envelope Effective R-values.

4.  Mechanical Systems.  Your team's detailed safety, efficiency and performance survey of existing mechanical systems will help you assess HVAC, electrical, elevators, ventilation, meters and appliances.

5.  Electrical General.  As your team surveys existing lighting, motors and major appliances, you will be able to assess the potential energy benefits of making modifications and upgrades.
